bars, brewery, shopping, fishing, bike rentals.
- Remote-working friendly: free Wi-fi and desk spaces to
work while you play.
- Beach Entertainment: Borrow beach chairs, beach umbrella,
sand toys, bikes, and more provided within the garage (conditions may vary through season).
- Indoor Entertainment: Smart TVs with "Guest Mode" to log
into your favorite streaming services, as well as board games, books, puzzles, cards, and more
(family-friendly).
Worth Noting
- Towels Not Provided: Please bring your own bath and beach
towels.
- Linens Not Provided: While we supply mattress and pillow
protectors and light quilts, please bring your own sheet sets for the beds indicated above.
- Smoke-Free Property: We do not permit smoking or vaping
of any kind within the property (strictly enforced, fines and eviction may result).
- No Pets Allowed: We love our furry friends, but to ensure
a clean and allergy-free environment for all our guests, our condo is a pet-free space. Thank
you for understanding!
- Minimum Age to Rent: 25 years old, a drivers license is
required about booking; this policy is firm, renting adult must be present during rental period.
- Family-Friendly: Onsite parties or group events are
strictly prohibited.
- Minimum Stays: We generally only support one 1-week
(Sunday @3pm to Sunday @11am) rentals in July and August months, and can usually offer 2-night
minumum rentals other months. Please reach out to confirm your dates.
- Additional Booking Expectations: One of the many benefits
of booking directly with us is we can limit fees. We require a $200 cleaning fee for any length
of stay. We may also require a driver's license and list of names within your group if it's our
first time renting to your family.
